To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what progress has been made in the identification of Mario Clarke's killer. [126366]

The Metropolitan police have said that their investigation of this murder is active and ongoing. Several lines of inquiry are being followed. At present the identity of Mario Clarke's killer is still unknown.
