To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what assessment he has made of the accuracy of Treasury growth forecasts over the last three years. [129084]

In recent years, Treasury forecasts of GDP growth have outperformed the average of independent forecasts (as included in "Forecasts for the UK Economy—A comparison of independent forecasts", HM Treasury).
