To ask the Minister of State, Department for International Development pursuant to his answer of 18 June 2003, Official Report, column 241W, on the Export Control Act 2002, whether the Department discussed the impact of the orders on developing countries with (a) aid agencies and (b) NGOs working in developing countries.
