To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions she had with the South Korean Foreign Minister concerning South Korea's support for the St. Kitts and Nevis Declaration at the recent International Whaling Commission meeting; and if she will make a statement. The Declaration was presented to the meeting on 17 June. My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has not discussed it with her South Korean counterpart.
