To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will estimate (a) the extra number of NHS psychiatrists that would be needed and (b) the extra cost that would be incurred to implement the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence’s proposals for psychiatric testing for the prescription of insulin inhalers.
