To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer pursuant to the answer of 28 March 2006, Official Report, columns 864-65W, on pension rights (bankruptcy), what estimate he has made of the revenue foregone as a result of his Department relinquishing its preferred creditor status in insolvency cases. (82499)
