The letter dated 28 April was received on 3 May and transferred to the Department for Trade and Industry on 4 May. The subject matter subsequently became the responsibility of the Department for Community and Local Government. It has advised that a reply will be sent to the hon. Member for West Worcestershire (Sir Michael Spicer) shortly.
