To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what the latest figures are for prosecutions of drivers using mobile phones while driving, broken down by police authority area. (82203)

Available information taken from the Court Proceedings Database held by the Office for Criminal Justice Reform for the year 2004 (latest available) is in the following table. 2005 data will be available early in 2007.
