My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has had and will continue to have wide ranging and regular discussions with my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary about preparations for the 2007 Comprehensive Spending Review, as a matter of key importance to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s medium and long term planning.
