Football-related Violence

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many convictions there have been for football-related violence in each police authority area in each of the last five years; and if he will make a statement. (82920)

The following table has been compiled from information provided by the Football Banning Orders Authority. It gives information on the number of football-related convictions for the seasons 2003-04 and 2004-05 in respect of each police authority area. Prior to 2003 information was only held centrally in respect of football-related arrests and the number of football banning orders imposed during each season.
