Pensions (Call Centres)

14. To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what assessment he has made of the operation of telephone call centres in the administration of state pensions. (93411)

The Pension Service contact centres administer both State Pension and Pension Credit. The Pension Service nationally is currently achieving a year to date performance of 96.7 per cent. of calls answered against a target of 95 per cent.
