To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many written questions tabled to her Department on home information packs are unanswered. (90305)

Since the Department was formed in May 2006, we have received about 160 written questions relating to home information packs. Of the 150 that were due for answer before 16 October, 144 have now been answered and the remaining six will be answered shortly.
