To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer why the Paymaster General gave instructions to the Chairman of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) that all draft parliamentary answers to the hon. Member for Yeovil (Mr. Laws) were to be cleared first by the Chairman of HMRC; when this instruction was given; whether it is still in effect; and if he will make a statement. (93503)
