Parliamentary Ombudsman

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Pendle (Mr. Prentice) of 12 June 2006, Official Report, column 961W, on the Parliamentary Ombudsman, to which three recommendations made by the Parliamentary Ombudsman the Cabinet Office declined to give full effect. The three recommendations relate to Code of Practice on Access to Government Information cases reference A7/03, A16/03 and A34/05.
