To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many bank-related services complaints were received by the Financial Ombudsman Service about (a) mortgage products, (b) current accounts, (c) credit cards, (d) loans other than mortgages, (e) other banking services and (f) savings and deposit accounts in each of the last five years; and if he will make a statement.
