To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if she will meet Dr. Kizza Besigye while she is in Uganda for the 2007 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. (114331)

My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary expects to attend the next Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Uganda in November 2007. She is likely to hold a number of bilateral meetings with key partners whilst she is in Kampala, but these will not be confirmed until nearer the time.
