Foreign National Criminals

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what information he has received from European accession states, including Bulgaria and Romania, on the number of nationals with criminal records who have moved to the UK since 2004; how many of this number committed serious crimes; and how much of this data has been transferred to the Police National Computer.
