The Home Office calculates Cash Equivalent Transfer Values (CETV) for board level staff on an annual basis. The results for the core Department and Executive Agencies are published in the appropriate Annual Reports. When the exercise was completed for the financial year 2005-06, the top earners were employed primarily by the Home Office and Prison Service.
