To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the Asset Recovery Agency’s costs and revenue recovery data will continue to be published on a quarterly basis after its absorption into the Serious Organised Crime Agency. (112199)

[holding answer 29 January 2007]: The Assets Recovery Agency’s costs and revenue recovery data are at present published annually in its Annual Report and Resource Accounts. The Director monitors and manages performance against targets throughout the year. Similar information on the recovery of criminal assets will be included in the Annual Report of the Serious Organised Crime Agency when both agencies are merged.
