To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the average waiting time for accident and emergency services at the new Queen’s hospital in Romford has been since its opening. (122503)

However, 96.9 per cent. of patients at Barking, Havering and Redbridge Hospitals National Health Service Trust, which the Queen’s hospital in Romford is part of, spent under four hours between arrival and admission and transfer or discharge in the period September 2006 to December 2006.
