To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people in Lancashire have broken the terms of their bail conditions in each of the last five years. (125550)

The following table shows prosecutions and convictions in the Lancashire police force area from 2001 to 2005 for the offence “Failing to surrender to bail”. Data are not collected centrally on other breeches of bail condition.
