To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will estimate the total number of home help hours delivered in England in each year since 1997-98. (124929)

The total number of home help hours delivered during the year is not collected centrally. The number of hours of home help delivered in England during a sample week in September of each year from 1997 to 2005 is shown in the table.
