Our High Commission in Delhi regularly reports on India’s foreign policy and relations with third countries, including emerging groupings such as the India-Russia-China forum. A Joint Communique was issued after the meeting held on 14 February in Delhi. In their joint statement, the Ministers reaffirmed that trilateral co-operation was not directed against the interests of any other country and was, on the contrary, intended to promote international harmony and understanding and find common ground amidst divergent interests.
