To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what advice the Audit Commission has provided to local authorities on the frequency of domestic rubbish collections. (129237)

This is an operational matter for the Audit Commission and I asked the Chief Executive to write to the hon. Member. The Chief Executive subsequently replied to him on 22 March and a copy of the letter has been placed in the Library of the House.
