To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how many and what value of grants were made to domestic households in England for renewable energy in (a) 2002, (b) 2003, (c) 2004, (d) 2005 and (e) 2006; and what the projected amount is of grants to be made in 2007-08. (128786)
