The basis for central Government funding of the devolved Administrations is set out in the Statement of Funding Policy published by the Treasury in July 2004. The Government have no plans to review the Barnett formula. Identifiable spending per head in England, Scotland and Wales in 2005-06 is £6,762, £8,265 and £7,666 respectively; these figures include both devolved and reserved spending and are published in Public Expenditure Statistical Analyses (Cm 6811).
