To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what representations she has received on the impact on Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club of further delays in announcing a decision on its planning application for a community stadium at Falmer; and what the latest date is by which a decision on the matter will be announced. Following the quashing of the original decision on this case in the High Court, representations were sought on a range of issues from interested parties. A number of those representations address the impact on the football club of the lack of a final decision.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State set out her target for making a final decision on this case in her letter of 2 March. That date is 9 July, and there are no plans to amend that date.
