Higher Education: Yorkshire and Humberside

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how many students from (a) Yorkshire and Humberside, (b) the East Riding of Yorkshire and (c) nationally were allocated a university place in each year since 1997. (140530)

The numbers of undergraduate entrants to UK higher education institutions for each year since 1997/98 are given in the table. Figures for the 2006/07 academic year will be available in January 2008.
