[holding answer 24 May 2007]: Criminal sanctions are available under sections 61, 62A-E, 77 and 78 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. Communities and Local Government does not hold any information on the number of convictions for trespass on Government or local authority owned land.
