Prisoners' Release

To ask the Minister of State, Ministry of Justice pursuant to the answer of 1 May 2007, Official Report, column 249W, on prisoners' release, how many and what percentage of prisoners released under the Home Detention Curfew scheme (a) breached the rules of their curfew and (b) were recalled to prison in each year since 1999.
