Member for Surrey Heath (Michael Gove) of 29 March 2007, Official Report, column 1736W, on waste management: cost effectiveness, which local authorities have listed moving from weekly to alternative weekly collections as an efficiency gain in their annual efficiency statement submitted to her Department or its predecessor.
