Waste Management: Cost Effectiveness

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Surrey Heath (Michael Gove) of 29 March 2007, Official Report, column 1736W, on waste management: cost effectiveness, which local authorities have listed moving from weekly to alternative weekly collections as an efficiency gain in their annual efficiency statement submitted to her Department or its predecessor. The following councils have included alternative waste collections in their annual efficiency statement:
