To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many Freedom of Information requests have been received by the Independent International Commission on Decommissioning (IICD) since the introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2000; and if he will seek an amendment of the legislation to include the IICD. The Independent International Commission on Decommissioning (IICD) is not included within schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Organisations will be considered in the context of any review of extending the coverage of the Freedom of Information Act. We have no plans to review the coverage of the Act at present.
