To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will place in the Library a copy of the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency’s anti-counterfeiting strategy aimed at disrupting those enterprises engaged in the importation, wholesale, distribution and supply of counterfeit medicines. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency is currently developing a comprehensive anti-counterfeiting strategy which will take into account developments in the trade in counterfeit medicines. A copy will be placed in the Library when the strategy is published.
