I understand that the hon. Member’s constituency office has spoken recently with the Tax Credit Office (TCO) MP Hotline about his constituent’s case. TCO apologised and explained they are working to resolve the problems affecting Mrs. Young’s case which is among those I referred to in the answer I gave the hon.
