Youth Justice: Crown Dependencies

To ask the Minister of State, Ministry of Justice what plans she has to improve youth justice in the Crown dependencies. (141790)

None. The Crown dependencies (the Isle of Man and the Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey) are self-governing dependencies of the Crown with their own directly elected legislative assemblies, administrative and fiscal systems and courts of law, and each is responsible for its own system of youth justice.
