School Leaving: Qualifications

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how many pupils leaving school at 16 there were without (a) five GCSEs at A-C, (b) five GCSEs at A-E and (c) GCSEs in (i) 2006 and (ii) 2005. (143138)
