To ask the Secretary of State for Health what criminal offences have been created by primary legislation sponsored by his Department since October 2006. (149600)

No new criminal offences have been created through primary legislation sponsored by the Department since October 2006. The National Health Service Act 2006 and National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006 were consolidation Acts, which make no substantial changes to the substance of the law.
