To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what guidance her Department has given to fire authorities and fire brigades on the use of (a) flashing lights and (b) sirens when travelling to emergency call-outs. (152413)

Communities and Local Government have not issued any guidance on the use of flashing lights and sirens to the Fire and Rescue Service as this is an operational matter for individual Chief Officers.
