Lin Homer, the chief executive of the Border and Immigration Agency, has updated the Home Affairs Committee regularly over the last year on a range of issues related to the deportation process and foreign national prisoners, both on the progress made on wider deportation issues and in dealing with those foreign national prisoners released without deportation consideration. In the course of these updates she has made it clear that the most robust and accurate information available has been disclosed to the committee.
