To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what number and proportion of homes sold each year are (a) one or two, (b) three and (c) four or more bedroomed properties. (156514)

Communities and Local Government do not collect the data in the format requested. However for England we have made the following estimates based on data from the Regulated Mortgage Survey and HM Land Registry.
