To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what the average (a) Band D council tax bill and (b) overall council tax bill was in (i) each parliamentary constituency in Cornwall, (ii) the South West and (iii) England in each year since 1979. (156663)

Details of the average area band D council tax bill and the council tax requirement in each billing authority area in Cornwall, the South West and England in each year since 1993-94, when council tax was introduced, are shown in the following tables. It is not possible to show the data by parliamentary constituency.
