To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what the average price was for a (a) residential property, (b) detached house, (c) semi-detached house, (d) terraced house and (e) maisonette/flat in each year in England since 1991 according to Land Registry data. (158140)

Land Registry began collating this data in 1995. Information prior to this is not available. The following table provides the requested data from 1995 to present.
