To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how much money was spent by the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency in each of the last three years on (a) equipment used to measure the visual light transmission (VLT) standard for vehicle window tint and (b) enforcement actions related to infringement of the VLT standard by drivers.
