To ask the Secretary of State for Health what estimate he has made of the cost of amending the NHS (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Charging Regulations 1989 to extend the period of absence disregarded when establishing residence from less than three months in the 12 months immediately preceding treatment to less than six months in the 12 months immediately preceding treatment.
