To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what discussions her Department has had with the Scottish Executive on Operation Pentameter 2. (167181)

[holding answer 22 November 2007]: There have been regular discussions with the Scottish Executive in relation to the conduct of Operation Pentameter 2. The Scottish Executive are represented alongside the Home Office on the police-led multi-agency co-ordination group leading the operation.
