Departmental Labour Turnover

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what the percentage turnover of staff was in (a) his Department and (b) his Department's agencies in (i) the last 12-month period and (ii) the last 24-month period for which figures are available. (169033)

The percentage turnover of Ministry of Defence civilian personnel within the Department for financial years 2005-06, 2006-07 and from 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2007 are shown in the following table:

Information on outflows from individual Defence agencies is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
