Revenue and Customs: Postal Services

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much was spent by HM Revenue and Customs on (a) recorded post and (b) non-recorded post in each of the last five years. (173353)

For the year April 2006 to March 2007, HMRC handled approximately 300 million pieces of outgoing post.
