National Insurance: Foreigners

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many new national insurance registrations (a) of non-UK citizens and (b) of people from each of the 10 countries from which the greatest number of registrations were received there were in the city of Sheffield in (i) 2004-05, (ii) 2005-06 and (iii) 2006-07.
