Sentencing: Young People

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many young people received custodial sentences in relation to driving offences in each of the last five years; and how many young people committed driving offences in that period. (179976)

The following table shows the number of young people, aged 10-17 and 18-20, who were given a custodial sentence, and the total number sentenced, in each of the last five years for motoring offences.
