To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster for how many months each vacant ministerial residence in Admiralty House has been unoccupied; and if he will consider renting out such properties to individuals other than Ministers. (176506)

I refer the hon. Member to my answer of 17 December 2007, Official Report, column 1080W. The Admiralty House flats are an integral part of the Cabinet Office estate. A change in their use would therefore not be appropriate.
